It is the small coincidences that sometimes become hints for lifechanging events to come. For my family and I, it was the beautiful mornings enjoying the taste of coffee from many exotic places. We always enjoyed tasting new and exiting roasts but one cup of coffee changed our life forever.
It was a sunny Friday morning when my husband opened the brown bag that said Honduras. Up to that point, we had tried dozens of delicious roasts during our morning routines. At our home, it seemed we were always trying a new coffee every week. But it was that cup of Honduran organic coffee that left us speechless and embarked us on a journey to share it with all the moms of the world.
Kofihana is more than just a made-up word. We thought long and hard about crafting a name that included deep meaning and reflected the love we have for making this world a better place.
